Dear Employees,
After weeks of curiosity, speculation and anxiety following the presentations and interviews of all the employees who applied for the job promotion, we are pleased to take this opportunity to formally announce and congratulate one of our employees who has received the new assignment. But first of all we want to thank and appreciate all the employees who forwarded their application letters and took part in the interviews. This promotion is just another rung in the long ladder of success and possibly just another feather in your caps, there are many other opportunities to come which you can all succeed. We acknowledge that all of you have been resilient, persistent, self-motivated, obedient, impressive, outstanding, resourceful and committed towards the realization of the goals and aspirations of the company and all expected to receive the promotion particularly because of the increase in pay and autonomy expected. Everybody however cannot receive the promotion and only one person had to be picked which was a tough choice for the interviewing board as we tried to make a decision on a single employee best suited for the job. All of your skills are unmatched, your experiences invaluable and your knowledge priceless, you have all been an inspiration to the company and have inspired it to its present stardom. There is no doubt that all of you cannot be replicated or replaced by the company. We call upon all of you to take the promotion as a reaffirmation of faith in the traditional values of determination, dedication, perseverance and handwork. This is just the first of many other promotions to come, there is so much more in store for all of you and what is expected of you is only continual commitment and handwork. Reliable, hardworking, efficient, effective and proactive people always get promotions. Take this as a stepping stone for greater things to come.
We are therefore honored and pleased with respect to congratulate Jean Ralphio for receiving the promotion. I congratulate you on behalf of the whole company for your great achievement. You are expected to commence work with immediate effect. With your new post comes new responsibilities perhaps more challenging and tasking. You received the promotion because of your committed dedication to work, you have always been working overtime, helping your colleagues and voluntarily attending seminars without expecting any personal gain and we still expect the same hard work from you. Though there have never been any short term rewards for you we felt there was no better way to reward your selflessness, sacrifice and sincerity. You have set a good example and will therefore represent your fellow colleagues who will now be looking up to you as role model. You are expected to perform your duties with clear morals, values, hard work and integrity. You will receive an official letter of promotion where you will be communicated on details concerning the roles and responsibilities of your new post. In case of any difficulties or queries concerning the matter you are free to contact and consult with the department of human resource or through the company’s website. Once again congratulations, your promotion has not only elevated you in the eyes of your bosses and colleagues, it has also elevated you in the eyes of your family and friends and we wish you all the best in the future for your continued growth and development.
