Key Concepts
The first key concept in control processes and systems is resiliency. Managerial control encompasses various methods of making sure that the operations of the organization are proceeding in the right manner and direction. Resiliency in management refers to the success of managing in the operations of the organization. Other key factors of control processes and systems include managerial control, the control process and the control tools and techniques.
The managerial control involves other key concepts that include the significance of controlling in the society. Additionally, the managerial control includes various types of control and the internal and external methods of control. Under the control process, there is an establishment of standards and objectives. The control process also encompasses the measurement of the actual performance. Another important concept of the control process is the comparison of the results with the objectives. Lastly, the control process involves taking of corrective action.
For the control, techniques and tools there are also distinct significant concepts that define these techniques. First, there are project control and management methods. Other control techniques and tools include inventory controls, breakeven analysis, financial controls and balanced scorecards.

This news article relates directly to the topic because it describes the research on the control techniques of heterogeneous systems of information and crucial trends in automation and control trends. As such, this article introduces the control and automation systems of information as one of the control processes presented in the topic. This article gives an outline of the symposium including the introduction to the managing alarm systems, the industrial automation security, safety instrumented systems and the industrial wireless systems (ISA 2014).
This article presents directly relates to the topic in the sense that this article formalizes the control processes with the automated mechanisms of control in the synchronization of base processes. As such, this article presents the three methods of control processes and systems including the control techniques and managerial control.
Heading III: My Critical Thought
The concepts of control processes and systems are important to managers in various ways. Controlling process and systems enables managers to incorporate other management functions in the organizations. For instance, planning enables the manager to set the directions of the organization and allocation of resources in the same organization.
Organizing in the organization enables the manager to bring together individuals within the institutions and the material resources in working combinations. Controlling also enables the managers to make sure that operations in the organization run in an ample manner and enables them to identify methods of keeping the performance in consistent progress.
Another significant benefit of effective control processes and systems to the managers is learning. From these control systems, managers can develop appropriate measures of determining the faults and benefits of the organization. Additionally, managers can draw lessons from the drawbacks to amend various positions and operations in the organizations.
The above concepts can affect me personally in various ways. First, these concepts will improve my time management and control of operations. For instance, looking at the benefits of the control systems on managers, I can deice my ways of operating in all spheres of life in line with the benefits. These concepts will also give me the opportunity to exercise leadership of oneself in my life.
