1. Research methods in public sector are like any other methods in other social institutions. They are the ways of how to conduct this or that study in order to come to the positive and true and precise results, to see the problem stated clearly. They help to make any study and scientific work very well structured and understandable, they are the basis of it. The use of approved methods stands for the validity of any research.
2. Public organizations, governments, courts and all the organizations are related to the legal sphere.
3. The hypothesis for the term will be the following: the influence of the chosen research methods on the activity of different legal institutions.
4. There are three major types of research methods in public administration. They are qualitative research methods, legal research methods and comparative research methods. Qualitative research methods are provided for qualitative research strategies, they are aimed at interpretation of meanings not the generalization of relations between different objects, moreover, it is worth mentioning that qualitative research methods are not connected with numbers, number are never in used in such studies.
Comparative research methods are used for generalizing differences and similarities of objects. For instance, administrative structures, policies in different countries are in the role of such objects.
Legal research methods are used for analysis in order to develop rules and social norms, to criticize legal decisions and to control changes in policy.
5. I was involved in working at high school where we planned many research programs. We did it together with the students in order for them to have more practice before they are ready to be graduated and to defend their final research projects.
