Introduction
ST. Louis Medical Center was a healthcare organization in Summerville, Chamberlain County, South Carolina, in the USA. The firm has served the communities in Summerville. Iron ridge and the surrounding community in the county and State for over 50 years. The firm has 500 doctors and 450 nurses. The business has their mission as provide quality healthcare in a supportive and caring environment, coupled by unlimited devotion and commitment to improve the quality of the lives of the people they serve. The organization has the vision of becoming the national leader in the excellence and employing innovation to develop the next-generation patient-centered healthcare services. Currently, the hospital has experienced an increase in the number of heart disease patients and an increase in the number of the people they serve owing to an increase in the population in the region (Scdhec.gov, 2015). The writer will identify and articulate key concepts for the shared-governance plan model.
Key concepts of shared-governance model
The key concepts of the shared Governance model will be along community, Government, other healthcare providers and practitioners, as well as non-government and community based organizations focused on healthcare. Shared Governance with the community will be along the community and environmental healthcare approaches. The members of the public will collaborate with the hospital in identifying environmental and community health concerns, developing, adopting, implementing and promoting intervention, preventive, management, controlling, and treatment designs (Croker, 2016).
The hospital will collaborate with the County, State, and the National Government in advancing the interests and concerns of the respective Governments in the healthcare sector. The Governments have special programs that provide funds towards responding to critical health issues identified as matters of County, State, and National concern. In addition, the hospital will provide useful information about the communities they serve to enable appropriate planning by the Governments. The clinic will have shared governance with private, NGOs, and community based healthcare firms in community and environment healthcare. Finally, the clinic will have shared Governance in research, development, treatment, operations, and referral programs with other healthcare providers and practitioners as well as healthcare insurance providers (Croker, 2016, p. 18).
Supporting evidence
The effective environmental and community care depend on effective collaboration between the various healthcare stakeholders (Croker, 2016, p. 21). The improvement of treatment designs through innovation and research is a collaborative and joint venture by all the healthcare providers and stakeholders. Sharing of information in the medical sector is critical for progress, synergy, and creation of value (Forrestal, Cellucci, Zeng, Kennedy & Smith, 2013). The various Governments have responsibilities for protecting health of their citizens. The Governments work in collaboration with the healthcare providers to identify the needs of the societies and design strategies to attain them. In medical issues such as health disaster issues, the success of the mitigation and response depends on the effective collaboration between the healthcare givers, Governments, communities, businesses, NGOs and faith based firms in the healthcare sector (Ibrahim, Mahmood & Singhal, 2016).

The effective community based healthcare programs such as clean-ups are achieved by collaboration between the healthcare providers and the communities. Sharing of the medical information between the medical practitioners enables the nurses to access evidence-based treatment designs. Collaboration of the hospital and the various Governments enables the firm to obtain funds and grants for medical reaches and training thus opening opportunities for the nurses. In addition, the Governments may allocate public nurses to the hospital depending on the identified need (Forrestal, Cellucci, Zeng, Kennedy & Smith, 2013, p. 195).

To achieve their purpose, the firm will require establishing shared management in the research, community and environment health, family and personal treatment programs. The shared management will be by collaborating with County, State, and National Government.
