This report will analyze resorts and restaurants operating in Las Vegas, United States, giving particular focus to their unique product/service offerings and competitive advantages.
2. Resorts
2.1 Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Angela Cooper is the current Chef Concierge at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. This luxury resort casino is owned by the parent company The Blackstone Group. Hilton Worldwide, Luxury Resorts, Merlin Entertainments, and La Quinta Inns & Suites are the other major resorts and casinos owned by The Blackstone Group. As a luxury resort casino and hotel, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas attracts rich customers who are willing to spend heavily on leisure facilities. The food and beverages offered by the Mon Ami Gabi are delicious enough to meet the dining perceptions of customers. While evaluating the foods and beverages offered by the restaurant, it seems that the organization tries to give a traditional French touch to its food and drinks. For breakfast, the restaurant provides traditional and French favorites from 7-11 a.m. daily.
