Buddhism is one of the oldest religions and philosophies in the world. Building a relationship to a Buddhist coworker is however a simple venture. In order to build this relationship it is important to understand the underlying concepts of Buddhism.in order to build a relationship with a Buddhist one must be knowledgeable and offer the person information previously unknown. This is because Buddhists believe that knowledge is key to achieving happiness and peace.it is also important to appear as peaceful as possible because Buddhists value peace as a philosophical ideal aimed at human happiness.
Presenting the Christian gospel to a Buddhist is however much harder than it actually sounds. This is because Buddhists view Buddhism as more than just a religion. They view it as a philosophy and a way of life. Introduction of the Christian gospel can be mistaken as an attempt at disrupting the way of life of the Buddhist individual. Buddhism is also not a religion that demands as much from its faithful as Christianity does.as a result a Buddhist might find Christianity tiresome. The extra effort involved in Christianity might appear unnecessary to a Buddhist and this might hinder the Buddhist from accepting Christianity as a religion and conforming to its doctrines.
Presenting the gospel is by all means no easy task. There are a lot of challenges that a given individual presenting the gospel might face.an example might be going to hostile and hardship areas to present the gospel. Such areas include deserts and deep jungles. The life conditions in such areas might prove to be too difficult for a person presenting the gospel. Hostile reception can also affect a person presenting the gospel in a negative way.
