Abstract
Any project to be implemented successfully and to fulfil the desired objective must have a proper project schedule in place. This clearly outlines that the mode of operations of the project management rely to a great extent on the project managers. He is responsible to a large pedigree the formulation a plan of action to achieve the organizational success. As part of the case study integration, coordination of marketing activities along with the implementation of the CRM schedule is the key. In this regard the efforts, tasks as well as skills need to be highlighted.
