REF: Changes in the Price of Key Chains
We acknowledge and thank you for showing continuity support and loyalty towards our firm. You have been a great partner to the success we now enjoy. Thanks a lot. On behalf of Executive Gifts and Awards, we are sorry to inform you that we no longer sell the key chains that you need. This was arrived at after the manufacturing company increased the price of the keys by 200 percent. Hence, the keys are too expensive to use as gifts and giveaways to loyal customers like your firm Thompson Realty’s.
Since you were used to the key chains we offered, as the management we have identified another supplier who is supplying at a relatively cheaper price as compared to our old supplier. Though, the price is going to slightly increase to $ 1,700 for 1,000 new key chains. Also, no fewer than 1,000 can be ordered as this will be leading our company into losses. Therefore, we kindly request that you increase the amount by $ 200 so that we can give a 1,000 key chains. It has been a difficult decision to arrive at but we believe you are going to understand the situation we are undergoing at the moment.
We have plans to negotiate with our suppliers on a possible reduction of the price. Once the negotiations are over, we will notify you and continue offering the keys at a pocket friendly price. Therefore, we kindly request you to bear with us as we look forward to address the inconvenience.
