Verification and Accuracy
The passport application form filled by Mr. James Doe has several notable mistakes. In essence, a passport application form, and any other form for that matter needs to be correctly filled with all the details correctly indicated. For instance, one is supposed to indicate the full names as they appear in his or her identification documents. However, Mr. Doe has not indicated it like that. He has used initials for one of his other names, which might raise confusion. Apart from that, there are some areas in the form that Mr. Doe has failed to fill. The sex specification, the marital status, and address have not been indicated. Notably, these are compulsory fields.
The all the required sections need to be completed for the application to be accepted. All the identification information is required. Such data include the marital status, date of birth, and gender. The contact addresses also need to be provided. Furthermore, an applicant is required to read and declare that he or she understands the terms and conditions.
Before accepting any form, the receiving officer needs to ensure that it is filled correctly. In my case, I would go through all the details carefully. While doing that, I would ask the applicant a few questions to confirm that what has filled in the form is correct. After that, I would put the form in a safe place for future reference.

Thinking Skills
One may often find him or herself in a situation that requires skillful thinking. For instance, I once had to make a choice between joining the military and going to college.
In essence, I was qualified and had a passion for both. I was an athlete, I had won a scholarship to join college, but at the same time, I had been shortlisted for a position in
the military. I had to think critically before making a choice.
I weighed the pros and cons of joining the military and going to college. Notably, this was the greatest resource that I had to help me solve the issue. I considered joining college and pursuing a career in professional sports, or joining the military and serving my country.
Finally, I settled on joining school because it offered me better opportunities as well as sustainability. In this case, I resolved the problem by weighing the possibilities of the two options.
