Introduction
The old and the elderly all over the world seem to have some similarity regarding their characteristics. Even looking back a few decades, we still realize some similarities in their behaviors are common. Some of these things have been observed in this work and discussed in this paper in detail. The primary group of older and elderly focused on in this research were those between the 1950s era, although some of these things are still found among the old and elderly of today.
A positive thing for the old and the elderly is the nature of wisdom they had. Over the many years they had lived on this earth they provided knowledge to the young. In some parts of the country the old and elderly used to be the leaders due to their vast knowledge and wisdom. In other part of the world also, the elders were taken to be councilors for the young (Barnhart, 1147). This can be justified by the wise saying that age is gold.
Finally, in relation to old and elderly they normally felt the need to command around everyone due to the reason that they were the oldest in the room and expected all to be done for them. This is also another thing that has not changed since the 1950s which is our research year but even up to date these are some of those traits observed among the old and elderly.
