Just like running down the hill is not as difficult as climbing up the same hill, losing weight is not as easy as gaining loads of extra fat. It might take a few days of over-eating to look paunchy and over-weight while it takes days and months of labor to shed that same weight. In almost all parts of the world, innovativeness is exhibited in exploring techniques to losing weight. This has become more common after international fast food chains have captured the market and people who get into the habit of eating fast food immediately tend to gain a lot of extra weight. I have also gone through the whole process of first gaining and then shedding the extra fat.
First and foremost requirement of losing weight is to be fully committed and deciding to show not the slightest bit of hesitation or reluctance even in the face of great difficulty or a tough routine. This commitment is of the essence in order to make the whole mission successful. In order to achieve the highest level of commitment, one needs to motivate oneself with something special. For example, I motivated myself by seeing myself fit a very beautiful evening gown but for that, I would have to reduce my weight first. Similarly, one can find other sources of motivation.
Next, the diet schedule has to be prepared. First and foremost requirement of this diet schedule is the need to avoid all kinds of oily and junk food at all times. In order to lose weight, it is necessary to reject any kind of packaged or junk food product that is full of calories. Then, the person who seeks to lose weight should switch to eggs for breakfast. Having a fulfilling breakfast will help the person resist the urge to go for a mid-day snack. For lunch, only one sandwich should be taken with orange juice. For dinner, oatmeal or pureed vegetables can be prepared.
Then, the person should gradually change the routine and instead of having lunch, the person should consume cooked vegetables at around 6 p.m. This should serve as both lunch and dinner. The food portion can be big, but it should comprise of both cooked and raw vegetables only. This will also make it easy to skip a meal of one time and will definitely help in losing weight. Finally, milk should be taken at night before going to bed.In order to change the routine, soups can also be prepared and consumed to replace the vegetable meal.

A cup of soup can be taken before every meal because it helps in eating less by filling the stomach for the time being. Beans are also protein rich and digest slowly so that they give the feeling of a full stomach for a long time. Hence, they also help in losing weight.
Gradually, as a person starts to lose weight, a feeling of achievement envelops the person and fuels motivation for further efforts. Once the targeted weight level is achieved, the rigorous routine can be dropped. Lastly, the diet needs to be controlled in order to maintain the desired level of weight and prevent it from increasing again.
