Conclusion
Every teacher needs to define his or herself to know what he or she really wants to achieve within this profession. This is only possible through set goals to where to start and where you are headed. Once goals are set he or she can monitor such goal and evaluate whether he or she is working towards achieving such goals. There should control and necessary measures in place to assist in making correction should there be any deviations. Necessary resources should be devoted towards achieving such goal even if it means furthering his or her education since learning never stops. Education is something you learn and earn on your own, and no one can take it away. It is the most valuable thing that is priceless. This is something that I hope to instill in all of my students.
Teaching as a profession is sensitive, it needs one to be committed, dedicated to ensure equality within class room, every student deserve the right to Education in full capacity without biasness. Regardless of students’ background, they deserve to be taught with the same spirit without segregation. Teachers should embrace technology, agitate for same during class work to help student develop technological know how and prepare them to be ready to handle such technologies in future without difficulties. The scope teaching should be wide enough to incorporate every aspect about life. It should incorporate such aspects as history to enable student learn how they did interact in the past with each other because by doing so they preserve their culture. The scope should also be wide enough to include every aspect of social life for the students embrace social culture. It is also worth noting that the scope should include more practical life experience than theoretical so that students are able to make proper perception about real life situation
