Since we are embarking on the initial study project for the construction of Flood Control Measures for the Mississippi river, we will be needing the people with specific experience and expertise. These may be sourced either internally or externally and we have about 38 days to begin work on the project. May I request you to please organize for the same, and also I and my Assistant Project Manager will be available at short notice for interviewing people as and when required.
Please let me know your plan for talent acquisition of these 10 people that we would need. I would be glad to walk into your office any time of your convenience if required.

Human Brain Repair Project

You are aware that we have recently embarked on a high-technology product that aiming to help repair brain damage occurring due to either an accident or a disease. The investigation of this has to go way beyond the typical CT-Scan solutions that, are available in the market currently and are popular among the medical fraternity. This project is an ambitious project that will help neurologists and neurosurgeons across the world to repair damaged tissue. The project is estimated to run for about 5 years and is going to scale up dramatically as we progress. However, we need to kick start this project in the presence of our CEO on the 15th of November 2014 and we will need to have the following personnel on board with the team by then. I am aware that this is a steep challenge and acknowledge it, however, I am willing to go that extra mile in meeting this goal. I will also spread a word in my network of engineers and survey if there is any talent that is readily available and fee for our work.
Please let me know your plan for talent acquisition of these 5 people that we would need. I know this is a tall order, and extremely demanding, however, I guess we need to go and get it done. I would be glad if you will walk-in to my office at any time of your convenience at a short notice, since this is the topmost on my agenda.
