This situation can be prevented by the installation of the anti-virus in the computers. The data must be stored somewhere else. The necessary information related to their business must be saving to some other disk or drive. So that if there is a virus in a flash drive and it erases the data from the computer, the information can be recovered.

The computer has also contained the saving backup files. The data is automatically stored in these files, and it can be recovered if someone lost all the data. The backup files, if they have them on their computer then the lost data would be recovering. Otherwise, they have to face the loss.
