Health Behavior is an evidently foremost concern for me, as I strongly believe it a route to happiness and contentment. My theory in this reference aims to focus over a proactive approach with the amalgamation of activities, habits and choices. I believe that it is only the right combination of the three aspects that could earn vigor and sustainability to my fitness.The same concern is evident is all the provided cases. I like the thought of Molgat and the agenda of her plan to keep a track with my genetic, biological issues with tricks and checks. My concern in this reference evolves around heart issues and anxiety problem. I also admire the thought that the activities she selected seemed to be in her budget and sustainable, as well. She prearranged the activities of her health plan to match with her interest and designed an activity plan that could take care of both of her concerns.
On the other hand, the health belief model of Deanna seems less impressive to me because of its intense nature and aggressiveness. Primarily, she have no identified measurable goal to limit her activities at the perfect position. The schedule she is carrying is fun deprived, expensive and more a liability than a plan. I would have suggested her to bring some subtle changes in her routine. For example, she can choose to visit on bicycle to the community center daily for swimming of one hour. This swimming and bicycle activities are free from the monotonous commotion plus the acquaintance around will also earn her regard to secure her from the pressures of life and anxiety with their light gossip.
The most inspiring health plan is that of Doris, who have tried to efficiently devise a set of healthy choice for sustainable improvement. Walking with husband is the most inspiring thought as it instills a health oriented culture within the family. In addition, the walk as exercise will not only be good for health, but also will strengthen the marital relationship. The support of the family and allocation of specific timing will further add sustainability to the design.However, I strongly feel that her plan is all about exercise and consider the diet and attitude part of the design to the least. Healthy meal choices and healthy routine alteration like choosing stairs rather than elevators will further improve the plan, if aptly addressed.
