Inspections Ensuring Employees apply the Policy as Trained
A team of three workers shall be assigned the responsibility of inspecting other employees with the primary objective of ensuring that they comply with the training guidelines. The inspection will be conducted at all the centers every three hours.
Corrective Actions to Implement Change and to Prevent Deficiencies
