The venue for the sports event was at the local football stadium. The means of transportation for participants travelling long distances to the event was organized separately. However, the stadium is readily accessible and parking as well as easy access for mass transit was facilitated. Some of the local government requirements that had to be fulfilled before the sports event included informing local authority of the event as well as gaining relevant approval. This also involved checking if there were any other scheduled events for the same location and date. This was followed by a thorough preparation of the event’s budget as well as monitoring the spending. The goal of the sports event was to identify as well as develop local talent.
