The Constitution displays the types of power that each branch of government can provide. The different levels of government were implemented to protect the power of the country from being solely in the eyes of one man. Each power of government decides different areas of outcome for the country and it was set up that way to ensure there were other people who would have say in what occurs. It is not Constitutionally allowed for the President to take all the power of the other branches into his own hands and make decisions.
The President should not have the ability to override the executive power because he is not satisfied with the outcome. He can only override the executive power if it benefits the country and is needed to make a positive impact on the safety of the country. Other Presidents have decided to take control of the executive power and it did not go well with the executive branch. “A President who tries to control the executive power is considered tyranny according to the Constitution” .
The Constitution is displayed to allow the President the ability to offer executive power if it is determined to be important such as an order. It is not allowed if that power is supposed to be decided by another area or branch. The President cannot take matters into his own hands on specific situations that are not meant or him to decide on the outcome. The Presidents use of executive power depends on the situation and to what extent the power is being issued. If it benefits the country and there is no other way around it. If it is not the Presidents area of emphasis, then it is not allowed according to the United Sates Constitution.
