Example Of First Day In Seattle Essay

While I first came to the USA in March 2012, and this is my second time in the United States, this is my first time I came for studies to Seattle. This day is the most special day to me because it means my college life starts now. I have no words to describe how I feel and how much I feel excited. When I arrived at the SeaTac airport, my host family came to pick me up. It is my first time I lived in a home stay. I feel a little bit worried, but excited because I never lived with people is a different country from mine. This is a special experience to me, and it will be my precious memory in my life.
The members of my host family are great people. They are Native Americans. When we meet, I feel they are very generous and friendly. After I had got my luggage, they took me to their home. On the way to home, they introduce Seattle to me. I like the weather in Seattle. I cannot remember how the weather was in that day, but I feel the air is very fresh and clean. I really like it. After we arrived my host family's house, they bring me to my bedroom. It is very big and clean and in the house, they have two dogs. Those dogs are cute. The house is very big and near the lake. We can see the lake when I stand in the house patio. The big lake is very pretty, and I never lived next to a lake. It is a very big surprise to me, and I feel happy. In Seattle, my first meal host mother made is a tuna sandwich. It is very delicious. My host family takes good care of me. When I stay with them, I feel like I am with my family. I think I am a lucky girl, and I feel very thankful to them. This is the most special day to me. It is not that many funny things happened. But, it really feels very happy and I cannot remember ever being so happy.
