ABSTRACT
Theory of Evolution gained popularity in the past but has been rejected by many scholarly figures today. This paper focuses on this theory especially in case of Egyptian black. Comprehensive interviews were taken from four different persons resulting in useful information from each interviewee. This paper gives a detailed analysis of each interview in a logical manner so as to provide an in-depth information on the subject. The interviewees have shown their interest in the interview hence making it easy for the interviewer to ask more vivid questions to take out more information from them. These interviews form the basis of this paper on the subject of human origin and Egyptian black.
Human Origin and Black Egypt
There are two unique broad categories of views about the origin of human and other species in this world. First one is the atheist view which is based on Darwin’s theory of evolution. This theory states that every specie has evolved through the ages into its current state according to the environmental conditions .
The second view is the theist view which is formed on the basis of the existence of God. This concept states that God has created all of the species directly in their current form including human .
In order to gather information on the subject, four different people were interviewed and the concept of human origin and existence of ancient Egyptians blacks was discussed with them. The responses from each person were informative and innovative due to the reason that they were already had some contextual knowledge on the subject. The interview questions were formed in a comprehensive manner so as to gather useful information from the interviewees. The questions were also based upon the responses of interviewee. For instance if an interviewee’s response to the question about Egyptian black is that he does not know anything about it then the subsequent detailed questions on Egyptian black were skipped which saved time as well as provided smooth and logical form to the interviews .
The first interview was taken from a student named Erick age 19. From his interview, it was found that his views on evolution were based on Christianity. He firmly narrated his theist views about existence of God and creation of mankind by Him. He opposed the idea that humans had any previous form like homo-erectus or Neanderthals. He seemed to believe that evolution is nothing more than just expansion of mankind into various regions of world. When asked about Egyptians, their existence and way of living, Erick was not confident in his response. He was aware of the pyramids through watching some videos and reading articles but he did not support the idea of the existence of black Egyptian race. He seemed surprised about the concept of black Egyptians and stated that there may be some black people in that race but most of them were like today’s common Egyptians. When asked about the monogenetic theory of human origin, Erick firmly stated his theist view about creation of humans by God. Furthermore he strongly rejected the idea of black Africa by Dr. Diop and Williams. The overall information gathered from Erick was useful in getting a theist view on the subject.
The second interview was taken from a student named Jason Crick age 20. From his interview, it was found that his views on evolution were based on theories which are similar to atheist views. He seemed to be very flexible in his responses and seemed to believe every modern concept about origin of human. There was a contradiction when he gave two opposite statements that Egyptians being middle easterners and Africans. He informed about his knowledge on Egyptians in details relating to pyramids, hieroglyphics and the process of mummification. Most of his views were based on the information received from TV channels, and friends & family views. He seemed to believe that in past the evolution of species including human went underway globally rather than limiting it to be at some specific regions. The information gathered from interviewing Jason Crick was very useful in obtaining an atheist view on the subject of human origin and black Egyptians.
The third interview was taken from a student named Jake age 20. From his interview, it was found that she has atheist views on the evolution of human. She was very much reserved with her answers and restricted the answers to single phrases consisting of few words. She did not know about the social and cultural values of ancients but she knew the architectural concepts applied by ancient Egyptians. This knowledge about ancient Egyptians was based on the fact that she is majoring in interior design. She clearly stated that human originated from the process of evolution and that the black Egyptians belong to Africa. Based on her knowledge on architecture, she further informed that pyramids were initially famous for stairs based design in contrary to today’s popularity which is triangular design. Most of her information on evolution was based on her middle school education. She was unaware of monogenetic theory of human origin, however she knew about Pangea, which is similar term used in geography. She was found to be aware of cave painting done by ancient people. She stated that the people in early ages were mostly black and painted themselves in red or yellow to make it appealing. The information gathered from Jake was very useful in understanding the architectural concepts of ancient people.
The fourth and last interview was taken from a student named Jason Murray age 19. He gave little information on the concept of evolution due to his theist views. He stated that he has religious views hence he does not support the idea of evolution. He said that the evolution can be defined in the migration and spreading of human and not in evolving from different species. He restricted his views to his religion and stated that he only believes in any theory when there is a proof of it in the religion. He was of the view that the early Egyptians were African. He did not believe in monogenetic theory at all. He clearly stated that since he has no proof of human evolution so he is sticking to the religious concepts of re-location and migration.
All of these four interviews were quite informative and showed some people believe in theory of evolution while others do not. It is now just the matter of time that people will settle to one single concept after getting proofs on either of the theories. It is pertinent to mention here that the theory of evolution has lost some popularity due to non-availability of any proof upon which all the scholarly figures agree. This fact has promoted the religious views throughout the world. By carefully analyzing the four interviews, it can be seen that the two students Jason Crick and Jake who had atheist views were not able to talk about any proof of the theory of evolution. The theory of evolution is still called a theory due to lack of proof and hence it will be called the law of evolution only in case if anyone presents an authentic proof of this theory. The problem with religious views is also the same since there is no seen evidence of God creating the human directly in this form. No one is able to show general public about the creation of human by God. The conclusion can be stated that both of these theories of human origin are still under consideration by modern science.
