I am currently studying for a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering at Lehman College, with a GPA of 3.80; I am due to graduate in December 2011. Prior to studying, I served the United States Navy for eight years with an Honourable Discharge. During this time I learned a great deal about the importance of teamwork and communication. I am experienced in acting as a supervisor and mentor to colleagues. I also thrive on working with the general public, and on working in sales. I am a people-person and enjoy communicating with people of all ages and walks of life.
I am passionate about the sciences and enjoy learning new aspects of chemistry and explaining them to others. I am able to be flexible with my work, and to travel around the country. I thrive on a varied work pattern and also enjoy working in different locations.
I am physically fit and healthy. I am self-motivated, responsible and professional. I am also trustworthy and loyal, and strive to adhere to personal and work ethics at all times.
