The text that the researcher will research about Muhammad. The document was written in religious context. The document was written 2003. The main intention of the text was to show the life of Muhammad and how he started Islam religion. Islam is one of the major religions in the world. There are many texts which have been written about Muhammad. He was the brain-child of Islam and the author of the Quran. The text was written when religion was still being defined. There was the sprouting of religions. The authors describe the early life of Muhammad (Oliver, and Halverson 12).
The most significant points that were made in the documents include giving a clear picture of the life of Muhammad and how he got the calling to serve God as a prophet. The authors bring out the life of Muhammad in such a way that it has not been explained in the Quran. It is hard to get these facts from the Quran. Most of the text in Quran talks of the messages from Allah (Oliver, and Halverson 82).
The document is significant because it brings out the life of Prophet Muhammad. It is important to show the life of Muhammad so that new converts will understand the origin of Islam. The document has effects on contemporary events. One event that the document changes the teachings of Islam to madrassa attendants. It is now important that Muhammad be taught before the messages are taught. This document becomes important in these teachings.
The document does reveal some contemporary events in the society of the period that it was written. It reveals some economic activity of trading in the desert. This evident in the text. This was not the intention of the authors.
