Ethics Question 1:
Debates on what should be done and not or the limitations of what systems should achieve and the information that must be fed to these systems have loomed around several companies and individuals who utilizes systems for the past several years. Some “good guys” are able to find ways to be “ethical hackers” to catch the bad hackers. However, an ethical dilemma also exists as people say that their sometimes their right to privacy is invaded. It is like saying that wiretapping is illegal, but it is one way of getting the needed information that may be helpful in solving cases.
Medical databases has been the trend lately for health practitioners, however, there seems to be an perennial problem on the medical records of patients as sometimes these produces erroneous results. As an effort to reduce these errors specially on their glucose testing, Houston HealthCare implemented a Barcode Wristband System. With the implementation, the organization was able to reduce their 30% error rate to10% within three months. (http://www.pdc-media.com/downloads/insider-houston-healthcare.pdf)
For healthcare companies, they have been investing on acquiring modern hardware however, when the hardware is already available, most of the problem they encounter is the lack of compatible software that would be able to support the said hardware. BD FACSLink provided a solution for this problem through the Laboratory Information System Interface Solution system the company developed. More than reducing manual data entry and transmission errors, the system was able to provide remote access for its users that enables them to create worklists or even transfer the generated results from one workstation to another within the lab or organization. Ethics Question 2:
One of the goals of the innovation of information systems is not just to provide solutions to problems especially those pertaining to the day to day operations of a company, but also to be able to provide a safe working environment for the workers who are dealing with the system. Although, before implementation, these companies have undergone rigid testing, we cannot achieve 100% elimination of system errors. This is very critical especially on systems where their failure directly affects innocent people like those systems controlling High Speed train operations, flight controls and traffic controls, submarine or even the traffic lights. An good example of this a simple traffic light failure in the UK in 2011 where a teenager was killed. The reason was the malfunctioning of traffic lights which led the teenager to collide with an oncoming vehicle. For aircrafts, loss of control in flights has been a major cause of fatal aircraft accidents. Most of the time, these system failures occurs when aircrafts go beyond their normal flight regime, which in turn may affect the normal functioning of the other relevant systems important to the flight behavior.

Question 1:
Several trouble shooting tools that helps solve start-up issues for MAC computers are provided by the company. One of this is the use of the DISK TOOLS which is very similar to the usage of a bootable disk in Windows 7, where a CD or a External drive with the needed system files is used to open the computer.
Question 2:
There are several recovery tools available in Windows 7. One of the ways mostly and easiest to use is to perform the Startup Repair recovery tool available in Windows 7. This works by replacing important OS files that may have been damaged or are not found when the OS loads. This is the safest way to try and recover Windows 7 systems because data files are not touched.
