Writing in Third Person’s Point of View
I think that my mother is the strongest woman I know. I have witnessed her go through many situations that most women cannot cope with. It takes a lot of determination and strong will do go through such hardships as she did. And I am very thankful to her for taking me out of these difficult situations as well. She sets a great example for us and simply tries to do her best.
One of the examples can be the death of my baby brother Junior. He passed away on Thanksgiving in 2013. He was a little baby back then, the youngest of us. The youngest is always the most cared for. Thus, I think that was more painful for her that anyone can imagine. But she stayed strong and continued to look after us, dedicating all of her free time to us.
Moreover, everyday she was harassed. My little brother’s father abused my mother both verbally and physically. But she wanted to keep our family together and was hoping for the best the whole time. Moreover, living in constant fear and being continuously pressured has trained her character and will. She has survived these hardships, thus showing us it is possible to be strong despite how difficult it is to go on. Not every person can endure such challenges.
Probably her strong will and determination are the result of her past. As she has grown up in the foster system, she understands how important it is to have a happy childhood. Growing up in this system made my mother determined to give us everything she did not have as a child, including love, stability and motivation.
My friend.
The first word that springs to mind when thinking about her is “generous”. She will give you everything she has, if you ask. She will give you her time, her attention and her sympathy. If you are in a trouble in the middle of a night, she will come and help you out. This type of person always tries to understand you and then she will do her best to help you. She is not only good to her friends, but to all people, who surround her.
Her generosity plus helpfulness equal care. She has two children, whom she loves more than anything. She has a lot of friends, for whom she provides and loves. And, most importantly, she has her whole self, whom she also learns to love. And this love is warm, comforting and unconditional. It takes a strong character and determination to be able to love and care as sincerely as she does.
All in all, having her in our life helps a lot. She sets a great example of determination and resilience. Having experienced what a true trouble is made her strong and assertive. On the other hand, she is also the most understanding and sympathetic of my friends. I would like to be like her one day.
