One part of a SWOT analysis is WEAKNESSES. This part shows “aspects of your business that detract from the value you offer or place you at a competitive disadvantage” (Berry, 2015).
If to speak about WEAKNESSES in software industry, the main of them are:

High barriers to entry in the industry;
Dependence on large investments and high-qualified staff.

That is why we speak about fast moving and innovative character of software industry.
We have already mentioned that companies in order to succeed invest a lot of money in technological developments. This statement determines high barriers to entry in the industry. To be a member of the software industry it is necessary to have a powerful capital for investments in innovations. This implies next weakness of the industry: dependence on large investments and high-qualified staff. Without capital for innovations and qualified personnel that will wisely dispose of capital, the success in the software industry is impossible.

High cost of service;
Unavailability for medium and small businesses;

One Network Enterprise has developed a unique software that represents a cloud platform for solutions in different industries: retail, public sector, logistic sector, healthcare and etc. This software helps to solve many problems as well as simplifies and accelerates business processes that lead to the business improvement. The only disadvantage of this software is its high cost. In its turn, small and even medium businesses cannot afford it. This unique opportunity for improving business is available only for large and powerful companies and organizations. As a result, they strengthen their position in the market while small companies became less competitive.
One more WEAKNESS of One Network Enterprise is its monopolistic position in the market. Their cloud platform is the only developed product is this field. From the economic theory, we know that a monopolism means the lack of competitors. In its turn, this lead to the aggressive behavior from the monopolist such as market dictation of its terms. Any thriving industry is likely to possess competitors what will guarantee further development and prevent it from stagnation.
