Napoleon was the emperor of France. His historical figure is quite controversial and it is hard to claim whether he caused a continuation of revolution or whether he established absolutism. Napoleon was an active political and military leader who influenced Europe with his policies.
Considering the fact that napoleon was a great fighter, it can be assumed that he was continuing the revolutionary movements in Europe. There is a number of fights in which Napoleon was a leader. However, there are also fights where he did not succeed that much. His career has started as a leader of military conflicts that were taking place during the French revolutionary war. He was in the middle of many different countries conflicts, but he was representing France. Napoleon’s plans how to defeat the most powerful European countries were very pretentious. He was not looking for peaceful ways of settling down the conflict. For instance, in order to weaken the power of Great Britain, he was willing to invade Egypt, which will allow him to cut off some major trade routes for Europe with India. He had a very strategic mind set that was helping him to be a great leader of the military movements which might have prevented him to use his wisdom as a diplomat (History.com).
In conclusion, it is important to state that Napoleon was a provoker of more revolutions and conflicts in Europe. He did not stop the invasions until the end of his ruling. Also, it does not seem that he was a fair emperor since because of the past actions that he had made in Europe. His vicious character played a trick with him and did not lead to a perfect ending.
