Action Plan
It is imperative for the company administration team to seek and understand the practical measures of suitable communication methods and teamwork in correcting the hitches in the company. In addition, the company should have a team of experts that helps in analysis of both the internal environment to help in understanding what other companies are doing in the market, and use the same to structure its operational skill for competitive advantage. For instance, it outright clear that the company has gone to an extent of selling its products at prices greater the existing prices in the market to recover its unstable revenues in the company (Simons 2013, 12). On the other hand, good communication in the company is vital since the collaborative effort between the management would realize the failing ends and correct them before they get overboard. The company's decision to replace the chief executive officer is not a solution until the company rectifies issues to do with communication (Ulmer, Sellnow and Seeger 2013, 16). For instance, this framework illustrates the skills of effective communication, and the way the company can analyse to manage its situation.
In this precept, it is clear that talking is the backbone of any good relationship in any setting. Therefore, the company should appreciate the fundamental need of talking to the consumers who have lost trust in its activities.
Developing Employees to Effect Changes and Results in the Market
Need Hierarchy Theory of Motivation
According to scholars, motivation is very essential in any business activity that every organisation should utilize in order to achieve more from the employee efforts. However, many companies are so reluctant in applying it to reap more benefits from the employees' skills and competencies. Therefore, it is imperative for every management for any given company to organise and plan ways to motivate the staffs in the organisation. Considering various skills of motivation, Scholars such as Abraham Maslow advice managers to consider the human hierarchy of needs so that they can understand how to influence the employee's behaviour for had a better result (Maslow A. 1943, 370). In this precept, Maslow advanced the hierarchy of needs dependable on five hierarchical classes. It demonstrates the complexity of human needs and behaviour as illustrated in the figure below.
For a manager in any organisation, there are fundamental indices to find as depicted by different scholars who favour motivation of behaviour. It is inherently true that human actions can be influenced towards a particular direction. Furthermore, employees perform better if the employer rewards them in whatever they do (Octeau et al. 2013, 2). Failing to acknowledge their efforts is tantamount to failure since they are the drives of the company's agenda. In a more understanding, people need to work in an environment that supports their existence At the same time, they need relatedness, meaning that they need love, care, and support from the company that they serve. They also need growth that develops their internal ability and talents during the performance. Every company that understands how to effect these requirements in their employs is sure of better results.

Using the knowledge provided from the communication spectrum provided in this paper, it is essential to engage in a timely response to an issue that deserves the same. Making assumptions and staging accusations is a wrong way to go whenever things do not work right. Besides, the company must ensure the cordial relationship with the employees to help in attaining the goals and objectives of the firm. On the other hand, clients need goods and services that meet their tastes and preferences. In fact, consumers would only spend their resources on items that adhere to their needs. In this respect, they need trust about anything that they consume. Therefore, any language of communication chosen to communicate about the product must be enticing and appealing. The public has criticised the company for using an intimidation message against women during the launch of the product (Pampers). Therefore, it is imperative that it creates a new feeling in the people who must buy its products. All these are only possible through effective communication.
