Another one is the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Generally, with the availability of the necessary facilities the center conducts the following clinical activities in the Neonatology division. The rights of patients observed by the UMRC are such as that of offering them quality services in an environment that is safe and clean (Burns, 2012). The medical personnel do their best to ensure that the patients receive the right treatment for whatever disease they are suffering from. They maintain transparency in their cost and quality thus ensuring that the customers are satisfied with their services.

The employee issues is that arise in the organization are cases of work overload. This problem is mainly experienced by the subordinate staff in the establishment given that they have several shifts. The human resource department also has issues with the appropriate criteria to be used in the employment and deployment of personnel. The weaknesses faced by the institution is that they do not have adequate personnel to cater for its large client base (Bloom et al, 1998). The organization has an opportunity to expand its operations so that they can provide national services both in teaching, research, patient care and community service as is evident from their strategic plan. The threats faced by the organization are like the favorable terms offered by other medical institutions. This can especially be seen from the fact that other organizations offer their medical services at a cheaper price than they do.
