Introduction
Macy’s originally known as R.H. Macy & Co. is a mid range chain of departmental stores that owned by the American multinational corporation Macy’s Inc. It is one of those two divisions that owned specifically by the company. The company currently owns 850 departmental stores located in the continental of the United States (US).
Rowland Hussey Macy is known as the founder of Macy Inc who founded the company in the year 1858 in the New York City (NYC) (Berger, 2011). The name of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company is Michael Gould. The products or an inventory of the company depends upon clothing, footwear, accessories, and furniture, jewelry and house wares. One of the best things associated with the company is that there was a woman executive as well who was placed for the same in their executive position with the name of Margaret Getcehll. There are other aspects as well that specifically found in the services of the company that offered by the company to their clients like credit cards, weddings and fashion shows.

Apart from that the structure planning of the company is essential that strengthen the financial function of the company from different aspects.

The company has motivated employees and managers in it, who have technicalities in the HR function (Loch & Wu, 2007). The leadership growth of the company is effective and essential and it will be accurate for the company.

It is requested to the management of Macy to encourage this activity in future as well (Mahadevan, 2010)
The company should come up with management bi objective (MBO) approach, in which the employees are welcome to discuss their problems with the management of Macy Inc
