I bought this convertible 3 in 1carseat for a 3 year old. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Delivery was prompt and that is just about the only commendable thing I would say about the car seat and service. The fabric is not as described in the order details. By the time it arrived, the front part of the seat was already frayed with threads sticking out. The material on the back rest is really cheap and will wear out pretty fast.
The next big problem is the instructions. The manual that comes with the car seat is unclear and most unhelpful. The description is not helpful since the information is not understandable and do not seem to address the basics in managing the car seat. The diagrams on the manual are so small that one cannot see the labels and illustration on what path the seat belt should take. In addition to this, the car seat came as two different parts but it not mentioned anywhere in the manual, how to put the two parts together. The descriptions here also don’t mention the mechanism for fixing the car seat on to the car. This is important in deciding whether the car seat is suitable for the car.
Generally, the workmanship is poor; the seat is uncomfortable and not user-friendly. The manufacturers should improve the make of seat and rewrite the manual so that the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I would not advise anyone to buy this seat even though the price is fair.
