This tool involves hiring new people that help to create new business opportunities that in turn produce revenue for the organization in the long run. New talent can produce very good results in the long run as they have fresh ideas that have not been contaminated with. They have no bias to a certain group or a certain member of the team hence; they produce ideas that are pure. Gail stresses the importance of mentoring the new personnel and also the members of the team a as they in turn help to produce the required results with efficiency.

The teams create an opportunity whereby the team members brainstorm around the idea and come up with better ideas that are beneficial to the company. A web that is monitored at all times is productive and produces far much more results as the more the people are under you the more the sales. She also emphasizes the importance of learning to play golf whether you are a top level executive in the organization or at any other level assistant because one can never know when their help might be needed. Knowing golf or knowing the tournaments that are taking place can give one some points to talk about with fellow colleagues, including when you have been called upon to entertain a guest.
Challenges are always present in all organization hence the need for Gail to point out ways of dealing with the challenges that come up. The words ‘every time a woman succeeds we all do and every time one woman fails in business we all do’ are dear to Gail. In that women need to take care, help, and give support both morally and otherwise each other at all times. This shall enable us reach higher levels of power. Gail warns that women should look out for ‘Queen Beas’,’ Silent Treatment Sophie’ or the Seniority Sues as these could cause big problems for them. They could destroy their credibility in the organization and hinder their upward progress in the organization. She emphasizes that when mistreated and treated badly they should speak up and report the person to the authority as it’s a free world.
Women are the backbone of the world land Gail has not wasted time in emphasizing this point in the book.
