The filmmaker used the death of Woodman helps to bring out the impact of the business meeting and the amount of money they own in the oil company. The economic advisors in relation to the oil companies are also clearly elaborated in the film through this party. This party also helped to indicate that the dependency of oil cannot last for a long duration of time. The Chinese oil businessmen are also introduced in this business party. The remotely controlled camera is used to show the oil executives of China in a specific room. This story line also helped to bring out the relationship between the U.S and China in the oil business. The party helped to create a platform where the oil business men met, and the various wealth and profits relating to the oil companies in operation are elaborated in details.

In my opinion, the filmmaker achieved their intention because they clearly demonstrated the aspects of petroleum politics and the factors causing instability in the world oil prices. This also helped in showing how various players contributed to the management and regulation of the oil industry. The economic implications of the petroleum politics are well brought out by the filmmaker through the use of various characters like Wasim in the labor and work problems.
The Insider (Michael Mann, 1999 USA)
The filmmaker in this film used the story of a tobacco company in order to show the circumstances and dilemma faced by Wigand about releasing the unethical practices of the company. The struggles between Wigand, the professional, and the owners of the company praised a lot of issues concerning the operation of the company in various ways. The story flows showing the disagreement between Wigand and the operators of the company concerning the unethical aspects of the tobacco company. The personal issues relating to the profession of Wigand are used by the filmmaker in order bring out the dilemma facing Wigand about unethical practices of the tobacco company. The aspects relating to the negative impact of tobacco on the population health are addressed in this film by the filmmaker through the storyline of Wigand and the directors of the company. The legal cases pertaining to the whistleblowing and the practices of the company area also covered in the storyline of the film. The health implications of tobacco area a matter of concern globally.
This also helped to bring out the cases concerning reimbursing the state in order to facilitate treatment of the illnesses caused by smoking to the population. Smoking, therefore, supposed the company.

Threats were issued to the family of Wigand in order to scare him from whistleblowing on that matter of dangerous health effects to the population or smokers. Wigand showed professionalism by standing firm on his profession so as to protect the interest of the public. This also shows the role of individuals of protecting their professions and welfare of the society regardless of threats issued to them. The professional, Wigand, decided to stand firm as well as going through professional and personal attack in order to whistle blow on the negative effects of the Tobacco Companies on the population.
The filmmaker of this 60 minute film achieved his goals by showing the role of Wigand in standing firm so as to protect the welfare of the society in general. He rejected offers and threats in whistle blowing against the tobacco Company. The decisiveness and integrity of Wigand are well elaborated in this film. Murwa, was attacked heavily by the senator McCarthy by claiming that he was a communist for participating in the labor workers union in the U.S.
