In the context of goal, the group was focused toward to meeting specific needs of the children who are being educated in the programme. This team aims at educating the children about the economic factors affecting their nation. The team therefore participates in activities concerning entrepreneurial forces in the society in order to enable children develop the attitude towards the world of business. The team therefore engages in thorough training of the kids on issues like how the government makes money so as to have a general idea concerning the economy of the country. These business goals were also facilitated through the teachings about the shopping mall.th issue of taxes was also based on the taxation policies in the country.
The other goal was also equipping the children with the knowledge pertaining to the main factors contributing to the economy of the nation. The team therefore aims at teaching the kids about the agricultural sector and the impact it has on the society. The training in the junior achievement helps the children understand the various aspects of agricultural activities in the economy.
The team also aims at informing the children issues relating to the nature of residential activities in the nation. This enables them understand the housing facilities in their country. The children will therefore get the necessary knowledge concerning the residential activities and the standards of living of the people living in these houses.
The team also aims at creating an integration and cooperation between them as well as coexistence of the people in the society. The junior achievement therefore helps in enhancing the spirit of togetherness in the society by creating a culture of self-reliance and social interactions.
These goals are SMART in that the extent of specific and they can be measured and they are attainable due to the nature of such goals. These goals can only be achieved since they can be broken into achievable units. The goals are also realistic since they are within the scope and capability of the team. The goals of this team are also within the resources and time set by the team.
• Did members of the team engage in social loafing?
The members of the team have engaged in the social loafing because they have lagged behind in coordination making the whole process slow. This therefore hindered the achievement of some objectives of the team. The social loafing was therefore partial making some of the objectives not achievable. This was reflected by the less effort exerted on the team activities. The loopholes were therefore clear in the team making it less effective.

We worked as a team by sharing the tasks and responsibilities. This also enabled us to set realistic goals and objectives in teaching the kids the relevant lessons as well as imparting them with skills which are instrumental in facilitating achievement of the goals. The spirit of the team was also shown by the fact that there was clear coordination of activities in preparation of the training schedules.
Positive synergy in the group was present as shown by the close interaction and coordination of the members of the team. The spirit of togetherness between the members of the team was very clear making most of the goals realizable. This spirit therefore facilitated the degree at which the goals could be achieved. This also ensured effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery to the members of the group.
