The complete N Word movie explores the etymology of the word "nigger," and provides the observer a look at the African American culture in the earlier and modern times. The N word was considered as an expression of hate, and designed to be derogatory. The term nigger can be traced back to 17th century and etymologies believe that the word is used to refer to the black people as said by Dr. Randall Kennedy. The term was generally recognized as offensive and potentially illegal along with the other explicitly offensive words. It was also known as Neger or Niggor. Nigger was considered to be black person of inferior caste, who never got appreciation for whatever they did. The niggers are also defined as an African American who does not know to behave. Nigger has different meanings and it is quite difficult to socially legislate against the development of the different meanings. It is not just the verbiage on paper, but a live thing. No matter what kind of education, or a degree, or influence a nigger had, the highest black person could be never equal to the lowest white person. Niggers were scared of revolution, but the revolution itself must not be scared as it brings in a change. There were many resistances carried on by the Niggers to stop the use of the word Negro. America had to be free to change the black people. Niggers have taken the N word as a burden, digested it and given it back to the society in their defense. Nigger is also considered to be a product by itself. The current generation of the hip hop is the positive course of phenomenon and they are turning the negative perception of Nigger to positive. The white kids use it more often these days because it’s a part of the hip-hop.
The Congress passed the most important policy and several rights were written into the law that reaffirmed the conception of the equality of all men that began with Lincoln. Niggers won their freedom then, and now the dignity. The older people who have seen and been in the struggle involved for the usage of the N word in their earlier days are not comfortable if someone outside their family uses the N word on them, however in the present days the N word is common to a certain extent, and not many people worry about how powerful the term used to be in the earlier days, however the Niggers still do not like the white people calling them with the N word.
