First, college offers a chance for career development and job acquisition. With the world currently growing, people compete for limited employment opportunities. Most employers prefer professionals who have undergone special training in colleges and other institutions. It prompted me to start college and earn my career degree. I aspire to attain excellent college grades that will endow me with professional competency in my course. Eventually, I aspire to be successful and competitive in my job market (Harrington, Christine and Elaine 34).
Secondly, through their constant support and advice, my family motivated me to start college. All discussions we had as a family created a perception that education is vital for future growth. It is the reason I enrolled in college with a view to graduate and eventually have a career. I enrolled in my course because I aspired to gain skills in human resource management (Downing 10).
Thirdly, the strong belief that education is an engine that can transform the world motivated me to enroll into college. In my whole life, I have learnt about personalities who have changed the world. Perhaps a common feature about them is that most of them are educated. I aspire to transform the world and trust that by undertaking a course in human resource management I will accomplish my dreams. Furthermore, I wish to inspire my siblings who are the future generation to seek college education. I enrolled in my course since it will enable me to work hard and enhance my intellectual thinking (Downing 10).
