Biography: Aminal
Introduction
Aminal is a rock band from Jersey City, NJ, which consists of three members. The genre of the band is Molten Rock, SmashWave. The most outstanding feature of this band, accept their unusual music, is a goat statue that is literally melting, being one of their iconic mementos (“Aminal Band. Aminal Music”), and very much in line with their slogan “Blood flows, fire burns and AMINAL Lives!” (“Aminal Band. Aminal Music”, 2). Now this is a band, which never ceases to amaze the audience and just gets better.
Summary of Current Project
The band performs on the same stage with such artists as Papermaker, Devi and S.T.A.R.W.O.O.D. As it is seen on Aminal’s Facebook page, the band continues to give live concerts and, apparently, works on a new album that devoted fans are waiting for so much (“Aminal. Biography”).
Members of the band say that they are able to work so well together because they share a common vision on what their music should be. The band Aminal combines elements of rock and roll with the other sub-genres of rock and their own unique techniques ("Aminal Lives"). In their songs can be heard a lot of features, ranging from the music of Frank Zappa and ending with Bruce Springsteen (“Jersey City band Aminal”, 2013). It is also important that the group in their texts raises political questions, particularly those related to the preservation of the environment. Aminal’s music is unusual, bizzare and intriguing, and their live shows have become the impressive show, during which they give their energy to the audience.
Background of Band
In order to understand how Aminal captivated fans, it is necessary to pay attention to the members of the band. The Aminal Band is a three-man band comprising of Danny Patierno, on the Bass guitar and vocals, Jordan De Liso on drums and backup vocals, and ALH on guitar ("AminalBio | ReverbNation."). They are based in Jersey City, New Jersey ("AminalBio | ReverbNation."). While in New Jersey, Aminal Band made appearances at the Lamppost, the Back room at lot 13, the lamppost bar and grill, SJC Green Drinks and ART, and the Mojo Lounge through the years 2013 and 2014. After the Mojo Lounge, things seem to have gone south, because no more seems to be heard about the band. However, in February 2016 the group resumed its concerts, as can be seen by the posts on Facebook. By then they had done 164 music plays and 25 video plays, having a total fan base of 631 fans.
Elaboration of Any Other Key Information
Although the band might claim otherwise, they have already been classified under Rock Music, Molten Rock Music, and SmashWave Music (ReverbNation, p.1). It is obviously that their city place combines the talents of musicians and inspires them to work together. It is also very interesting that the band always brings statue of a goat at their concerts, which has become a symbol for the fans of the Aminal. The funny thing is that the group often posts photos of the goat in different places on their Facebook page. This warms up the public interest in the band and provides them with a unique image.
Ending Paragraph
In their soft verses, everyone can find his or her own personal experience of love, disappointment, regret, and loneliness. The Aminal is growing and developing, and their music and live performances prove it. It is easy to assume that so quickly rushed to the scene and winning the hearts of the audience of the native state, the band will continue to develop and these guys can reach international fame for sure.
Aminal is a young and little-known band, but their music is so different from what always plays on the radio. These three guys look for new approaches and develop their personal style, always make a good sound, and try to leave the banality that becomes boring for sophisticated listener.
