Dear Sir,
Please, be so kind to send the money back for the work of the carpenter as he made the necessary opening for the doors because of their wrong size. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well, because the size of the doors you had sent to me was wrong.
I would like to bring your kind attention that on July 2 I ordered double glazed oak French doors from Custom Wood Inc. The doors arrived on July 25 and they were too small. Instead of necessary 3.23 square meters, they were 3.13. I work in the company which helps people to make smart interiors. I ordered the doors for my clients and I have been waiting for these doors for three weeks and they arrived of the wrong measure, and my clients wanted to install them immediately. In this situation I should find the possible way out and asked my carpenter to do anything. He explained that he cannot change the size of the doors, but he can change the opening for the doors, but I was asked to pay necessary sum of money for this. My carpenter rebuilt the opening for the doors and I paid him for his work and time 455.50$. I did not return the doors or ask for the new ones, I solved this problem myself but I spent some money for this in order not to have troubles. As your good customer, I have been using your doors and windows for many years, so I hope you will respond to my request.
I enclose the copy of the bill of the carpenter for his work for you to see the spent sum of money. And be so kind tell me, please, if it is necessary to enclose the copy of Custom Wood’s invoice, when there is no right measures in this invoice?
I will look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Please contact me at the above address.
Sincerely,
Julie Chen
