AMINAL is a rock band from Jersey City, New Jersey. It was founded in 2006 and consists of 3 members: Dan "DP" Patierno - Bass and Vocals, Alex Heitzenrater - Guitar and Vocals, Jordan De Liso - Drums and Vocals ("Security Check Required"). The band is getting ready for their debut release! They represent their genres as Molten Rock and SmashWave.
The band see themselves as the dreamers of the Jersey City’s Rock Revolution! They are breathing fire in their music: bringing heat as men of magma. You could even say that their music is molten rock.
AMINAL was formed back in 2006. The band first attempts at rocking were sloppy and weird as they say themselves ("Security Check Required"). It took some time for them to find their own sound and it happened when they were nearly ready to give up but met Lloyd. With their help, they were able to bring the band together, get their music back and become AMINAL! The band mostly takes part in live performances, but they also have got some releases and a lot of videos on their YouTube channel. For example, their demo track "Soft Night Out" was available for listening and downloading on their Myspace page in 2010. On their Reverbnation page, they have two more songs: “moon over yancy street” and “krill”. In 2014 they even started sales of their new AMINAL T-shirts, ten dollars per one. In August 2015 they had a three-day recording session and “churned out some killer tracks” (“AMINAL”).
As the band is not planning to look for a record deal, the promotion of their album will mostly take place at concerts. AMINAL were playing at legendary MAXWELL'S in Hoboken, The Lamp Post, Hamilton Bark Festival, PIANOS at New York, The Citizen, Sullivan Hall and other well-known places. In live performances, AMINAL appeared with their friends PYROCLAST, S.T.A.R.W.O.O.D., The JC Heathens, Trash Executioner, P@Atomic & the BomB! They have a lot of fans not only in New Jersey and New York – a lot of people write rave reviews on their live performances. The list of songs played by them is impressive:
