In this paper, I am assuming myself as an administrator at Sunlight Hospital in California. The main complaint from patients is about the quality of care that needs to be improved with immediate actions. Employees, who work in this hospital including the staff technicians etc., are always very busy with their duties. They do not have much time to deal with minor problems of patients. Therefore, it is the duty of administration to keep an eye on each and every issue that a patient faces related to his or her stay at the hospital and in particular those issues that are related to the quality of care. The current paper discusses findings suggested for attaining goals of the hospitals . Managing health care quality plays a significant role in maintaining a better relationship between the hospital and patients. It also helps a hospital to compete with other hospitals in the world.
The measurements of quality of care in hospitals are very important to meet their target goals and to elaborate what further improvements that should be done in the hospital. The different kind of measurements shapes the value and standard of the hospital. Quality care measurements will allow Sunlight Hospital to progress in a much better way, and it will also make the relation of hospital staff and patient better, they will start developing trust in the organization. Every patient wants to be a part of a hospital that does not promote racism, and they can feel comfortable in an environment where their culture can be practiced. It plays a significant role in quality improvement. It holds the organization in a stronger bond with their staff and patient.
