Enthusiasm, cooperative attitude and the willingness to contribute to the goal, are the traits that I will expect in the members of my team. As an investor, I would prefer to bet on an idea or product that is sure to win, rather on someone who will use my money to test his fate. I would want to reduce risk and ensure returns. I prefer to invest in honest, trustworthy and straightforward people.
