The main characteristic of the activities of corporations in our time is the effective use of available modern means of communication. One of the examples of effective communication is the ability of staff to communicate with the company’s management as needed because of the implementation of the new digital marketing campaign for the famous brand.
The basis of the effective communication is a systemic interaction of individuals. In interpersonal communication, corporate relationships that are the foundation of the organization are carried out. We shared responsibilities properly and every employee performed his/her duties. Then we gathered and combined all the necessary information with adding some opinions. The main advantage of verbal communication is the possibility of rapid and complete exchange of information. The parties were involved in the direct contact with the listeners and ensured that they were understood (Byars and Rue, 2010).
Also, the effectiveness of communication is determined based on the valuation of certain properties of communicative behavior of the corporation members. It highlights the typical stereotypes of individual and collective thinking and requires compliance with certain rules and regulations. We followed all given detailed instructions and explained each other unclear points (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart and Wright, 2014).
The important role was played by the business correspondence, which in recent years, is more and more expanding and gaining new areas of the business world (Byars and Rue, 2010). In order to make successful project, our team had a lot of business correspondence about the product, its main features, design, deadline of implementation, etc.
Thus, communication is considered as one of the main functions of the corporate organization in today’s society. It must be recognized that the problem of finding an effective form of communication is one of the most acute in the development of the ideas of the information society (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart and Wright, 2014).
