Introduction
Many organizations, institutions, and people have a prewritten set of documents containing statements that act as templates for guiding and providing directions and course of action. Such, prove to be instrumental to the accrued wellbeing of the specific organizations, institutions and people (Campbell 229-241). In light of ensuring that I too tread along a set path and to avoid straying in purpose and life goals, I have developed a personal reflection paper on my mission, vision, values and objectives.
I want to have graduated from college in the next few years with a good grade that will secure me a spot at a reputable company where I will start my career. In five years, I want to have worked hard enough at the workplace to become an active, inspiring and positive minded leader. In ten years, I want to have a senior management position where I will be able to promote and inspire life and ethics in the lives of other people. Additionally, in ten years, I want to be having a nice house and a good family.
My mission
My values
My objectives

Always Challenge myself to greater and higher accomplishments.
