DeVry Course Description
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business management. The major courses include management, marketing, finance, computer and information technology, statistics, and entrepreneurship. Management courses include modules on principles of management and project management to provide theoretical frameworks on various functions about management of a business, including planning, organizing, directing or leading, and controlling. Concurrently, marketing course focus on modules which include customer relations, product development, and principles of marketing where I get to learn concepts such as the 4Ps, segmentation, branding, customer-centric approach, and marketing strategies. Finance courses assist in preparing understanding concepts on budgeting and forecasting, as well as becoming apprised with evaluating financial statements and the conditions of an organization. Courses on information technology and computer provided frameworks on data analysis and statistics. Finally, courses on entrepreneurship and composition provide concepts that enhance skills on venturing in various business endeavors, as well as in policy development, and effective communication.
The units incorporated within the course remain instrumental in facilitating my level of knowledge across all business components crucial in running a business. The course promotes the development of an understanding of the necessary business elements essential to operations through a review of the different processes necessary across the organization. The inclusion of the decision-making unit facilitates the development of an understanding of the managerial component of the organization.

Aspiring for a cherishing career in the field of automotive-related customer service by integrating my team building and impeccable communication skills that finally leads me to run my own used car dealership company.
Professional Summary:
Born into an ordinary Middle Eastern family, I inculcated a treasured vision of making it big in global business. In light of the current global market influenced by innovation and continuously changing consumer preference, I began to watch the business world and consumers with keen interest. My father used to run a small automobile spare parts business unit in my hometown in the Middle East. During my early school days, while assisting my father in his shop, I began to get interested in automobiles. My father, a humble man who listens patiently to the customers, taught me on the importance of listening to the customers’ needs and demands. With a long-term goal of running my own used car dealership firm and a short term goal of earning money to start my dream business, I came to the U.S.
The Yorba Linda High School, from where I earned my High School Diploma, through its committed and caring teachers, groomed me for higher roles. The school sharpened my math and analytical thinking abilities. The healthy environment in the school helped me to finish successfully my High School Diploma. The Business Management Bachelor’s Degree I currently pursue from DeVry University, with its core curriculum, is rightly molding me for my future career.
Towards supporting my study and gaining experience in automobile business, I worked as a car salesperson for two years before becoming a sales manager at Galaxy Auto Mall, a prestigious used car dealer in the United States. I found the experience as used cars salesperson interesting and equally challenging since it involved the simultaneous satisfaction of both the seller and buyer. This also helped me to study the behavior pattern of customers belonging to various economic and social backgrounds. My experience as a salesperson helped me to develop my sales team as a manager later since I learned the art of empathizing and listening to both my fellow team members and customers.

Professional development identifies a crucial component of career growth as it facilitates the development of an individual’s skills and knowledge regarding the practical elements of the process. I have attended several professional development workshops hosted by the workplace that are necessary in facilitating the growth of skills.
I was in attendance at a customer care workshop within the organization, which remained instrumental in facilitating my knowledge regarding the importance of customer care and the adoption of the necessary customer care processes. The level of training provided promoted my customer care skills and facilitated the level of communication with customers seeking to purchase or lease products from the company.
