The purpose of this research is to aces the familiarity and perception of the people with dyslexia condition and understand dyslexia itself in both medical and educational standpoints. To assess the information, an open-ended questionnaire was used. Prevalence of the disease, its symptoms and management plans where the key concepts sought in the survey.

What is the ways teacher and medical professionals define dyslexia and support individuals who suffer from the effects of these learning disabilities?
What are the best techniques should teachers use to teach students with dyslexia?
Which one is more efficient medication, medical professionals prescribe or solution teachers use in dyslexia?
Can dyslexia be treated with drugs?
Participants
Two participants one randomly selected from the medical community and another from teaching the community. Both the participants were mid-aged professional employed in a governmental institution that commonly dyslexia case; Hospitals and schools. Both the interviewees are professional with a university degree. The member agreed to answer the questionnaire question to the best of their knowledge.
Data Analysis
The results become a hybrid of the quantitative and qualitative outcome. I have an intention of quantitatively analyzing the data, and 12 open codes were therefore chosen from transcribes. The transcriptions were then compared to trace themes. Emerging categories intended at separating the open source codes. Two themes were found; the inability to correctly perceive graphics and neurological issue.
Conclusion
The data revealed a low general awareness of dyslexia condition in hospital and the government focus on creating awareness in Hospitals especially those that receive learners with special needs.
