Media skills: Comic-Con International is a globally recognized annual convention that highlights a wide variety of entertainment industries especially pop culture. The convention is about comic books, video games, and movies that relate to comic entertainment (Bolling et al. 142). A blog is a diverse platform that allows an individual or an organization to pass information to a large number of people and at the same time allowing the people to comment on your postings. However, three core processes are very beneficial in conveying messages via a blog.
In particular, Comic-Con International is a special type of blog that passes messages to various fans of comic entertainment and in the long run, assist in promoting comic and pop culture (Bolling et al. 143). Nevertheless, for the above means of communication to be successful, it has to follow the three core procedures. First, it has to draft an attractive message through incorporating creative ways such as narrating a story at the beginning. The drafting stage of the steps is crucial because it enables the writer of the blog a window to try his or her level best to attract the audience.
Secondly, the blogger has to put down the message in writing and should do so in an interesting format to touch the attention of the audience. Good writing of the message will arouse the interest of the audience to continue exploring its ideas.
Finally, the third step in passing a message via a blog post is the actual communication of the idea that is to say the choice of the method of display. A message displayed in the most appropriate form will boost its coverage to the intended audience. Consider for instance in the case of Comic-con International the audience are the fans of comic and pop music and videos hence the display has to be bold.
