Management
The three stage change model of Lewin suggests that the management of the business must access the changes in the operations of the business quickly and start to implement these changes as early as possible to make sure that the business performs well. The change in the organization is not an easy process. Therefore, Lewin suggests that at the first level, the management must educate the employees about the needs of the changing and unfreeze them from the current business processes. For example, if there is any technological change expected in the future, then the management can educate their employees about the change. The second stage of Lewin’s model is transition stage where the changes at actually implemented and tested. It is very important for the management to keep the motivation level of the staff at the high level because it is highly probable that the staff’s motivation level may fall due to the excessive changes. After the implementations and the testing of the changes, the management refreezes the processes at the third stage.
The change in the marketing strategies in the last few years has changed the strategy of the marketing. Therefore, to achieve the targets, the organization must hire the experts who are familiar with the tactics of internet marketing, email marketing, mobile marketing and the social marketing. At the first step, evaluate the knowledge level of the current marketing team and if they have no or little knowledge then address the situation to them. At the second level, the management must hire new individuals who are experts of the latest marketing methods. At the third level, the management must set the standards of marketing for the marketing team. Moreover, with the help of the expertise of the senior staff, new marketing staff can achieve the marketing goals effectively.
