Expanding their sales to the internet in itself is a form of advertising and will markets the goods and products to potential customers all over the region. Fall Food will combine the online presence in the form of the e- commerce store and the offline store which is physical.This type of model referred to as ‘bricks and clicks’will serve all types of customers ,those who want to shop at the comfort of their home or office and those that want to physically visit the store.
Fall Food will have to design a detailed catalog that will provide all the important information about each of the organic food items to willing customers.The catalog should provide details such as price,quantity,quality, availability and discounts of the specific product.The catalog should be stored in a database and maintained regularly.The store can utilize items such as shopping carts on its website and other items that will result in a satisfying shopping experience.The website should also include the acceptable means of payment that the customer can use.

Expanding sales online will increase convenience for customers, save time spent shopping and provide information faster.
The revenue model suitable for Fall Food is a Sales Revenue Model. This is because it is a retail store that sells local organically grown foods. This means that the sales will be to consumers who purchase either one item or several related items online from the store. The revenue model is important because it determines how the company makes money and how it functions.The store will have a direct sales model where they can sell directly to their customers. Fall food sells products they have procured from different suppliers, therefore their sales model should factor in all the necessary cost such as buying, transport and storage.
The sales model will focus on turning a one time sale into a repeated sale consequently increase the revenue for the store. The store will have to put careful consideration on their prices so that they can compete competitively with other stores offering the same goods. The sales revenue model has the advantage in that there are no losses due to cancellations.
