Ethical manifestation in business remains a key construct to the success of any business. In addition, business ethics goes in hand with social responsibilities in which a given enterprise holds within its social and operational structure. There is a positive correlation between legal standings and the ethical marketing behaviors to business proprietors. These two concepts apply in passing any punitive action against a perceived breach of the codes of conduct. Like in this case, ethical break attributed to misleading of sales process would attract a legal injunction to tame such misbehaviors. Thus, marketing behaviors are controlled by legal frameworks.
