The following is an explanation of how I came across the article in the database. First, I typed in the words health and fitness articles. This gave me results of a whole wide range which dwelt more on the specific areas of health and fitness. Then I decided to limit the search by specifying my search to relationship between health and fitness. As a result, the search results concentrated on the relationship between the two items. I found the article cited in another source different from the one I searched from.

The article talks about how fitness and health are related since fitness assures one a life that is healthy. Technology has made work easier on one hand but on the other it has brought us pains and diseases. Humans are not made for sedentary life since they are supposed to be lively and on the go. We are advised to stop living our lives in cars and technology and instead involve ourselves in sports so that we can lead lives that are healthy. Walking is one of those activities that we should practice on a daily basis. Walking guarantees one life that is healthy and good. It enables one to handle their life stresses, grow when at work, and furthermore it makes one become religious and spiritual. All of this is accomplished by the increased flow of blood towards the brain, this therefore increases ones thinking skills. Walking makes one happy and results to prevention of depression. Reason being that walking initiates the release of hormone endorphin that makes one happy. Resultantly, stress is reduced or stopped and this has the effect of avoiding depression and its related diseases. Furthermore, it is a natural treatment for such cases.
Physicians advise patients to walk at least thrice a day. One breathes fresh air as they walk, experience nature in its own way, and frees their body as they walk. People are encouraged to make sure they are comfortable as they walk and drink water that is enough before, when, and after walking. The article also advises on how to walk and encourages people to walk with others so that they do not get bored.
