Dear; Staff members
Great staff meeting held yesterday and learning more about the Caltech communication company new policy. This letter is to remind every employee to adhere to the new policy, that is, limitation of their computer or telephone extension to exclusively conducting company business. All staffs are requested to observe this as agreed in the meeting; a decision reached after a staff extensive discussion. The main reason for this new policy is to minimize misuse of organization resources in a non-profitable manner. The need to secure and maintain the organization entity from private employee entity was also one of the considerations for reaching on the new policy. This came after a short review of the past setbacks which shown misuse of the computer and telephone extensions as personal items that have cost the company a great deal. The policy is effective as from today 17th January 2016 and staffs members are supposed to observe strictly it even at break time and other times when they are not on the clock. Bleach of the policy will render the casualty to severe disciplinary action to be determined. Frequent unwarned searches will also be conducted ensure the reinforcement of the system.
However, a request from the management mandates any employee are to give their recommendations concerning the new policy within the course of the week. This can be done through the company email or by just writing a letter and dropping it to the secretary. Any suggestion is highly welcomed. For more info about this, kindly log in the company website www.caltecom.ke.co. Caltech communication, offering the best in the best working environment.
